We dispatch orders the same or next day after payment.
We ship goods 7 days a week. Monday - Saturday twice daily, once on Sunday, in the morning.
Due to the pandemic, some medicines became available only on order, which increases the order processing time by 1-2 days.
Tracking info
You can track the shipment on the website of the Russian post or use your local post tracking system.
(for example USPS for USA or Correos de España for Spain).
A good service for tracking parcels is 17track.net. It aggregates tracking information from both the country of departure and the receiving party.

In addition to free shipping from Russia, we offer a paid option of shipping through Europe (VAT-free). This option is suitable for countries with strict customs.
This method also saves you from paying customs duties.
Delivery to Germany is carried out only on a paid basis. Delivery is guaranteed, your package will not go through German customs and you will not have to pay customs duties. The shipping cost includes all estimated costs.
